A great tool to help you slow down, anchor yourself in your body, and become aware of God's presence with you in the present moment. Here are a few suggested ways to use them:
Hang them with clothes pins and twine, turning them over one day at a time to reveal the image and prayer.
Keep them in a handy place in your car or at work to help center yourself throughout the day.
Each card contains a painting with a breath prayer; a short phrase you pray silently with your breath, leading you into deeper contemplation on the painting or simply centering yourself in the moment. May God meet you anew through this prayer practice!
